Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For any questions about specific items, please contact us.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original and make a separate purchase for the new item after the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
